Library Hosts Osteoporosis Program

Osteoporosis is more common than you think. According to the National Osteoporosis Foundation, nearly fifty-four million adults are at risk.
To learn more about this medical condition, East Brunswick Public Library (2 Jean Walling Civic Center) hosts the program Love Your Bones: Osteoporosis Education on Wednesday, December 18 at 7:00 pm.
Led by Drs. Shelly Moti, PT, DPT, and Jimal Patel, PT, DPT, of Kessler Rehabilitation, the lecture provides information about osteoporosis and how to implement strategies that will maximize bone health.
