The Raritan Valley YMCA (www.raritanvalleyymca.org) has teamed up with the Middlesex County Office of Aging & Disabled Services at 732-745-3295 to increase public awareness of services and opportunities for county seniors, the disabled, and their care givers.

Food insecurity? Contact the YMCA for information at 732-257-4114 on its free food distribution program. The Y is able to support the community with boxed and canned foods, produce and baked goods at various times throughout the week.

The Y is located at 144 Tices Lane in East Brunswick and in addition to its food program, offers general health and fitness classes in person and virtually for seniors and the disbaled.
