OLD BRIDGE, NJ — To claps and cheers from hospital staff, Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge discharged its 400th COVID patient Thursday afternoon.
The man, whose name was not provided, is from South River.
Raritan Bay is part of the Hackensack Meridian chain, which hit a milestone this week of discharging its 5,000th COVID-19 patient.

That patient had been at JFK Medical Center in Edison for an incredible 26 days, and part of that time on a ventilator. They were successfully discharged from JFK on Tuesday of this week.
