Edison Rt. 1 Crash Closes 2 Lanes Wednesday Morning: DOT

EDISON, NJ - A motor vehicle crash on Route 1 in Edison has prompted commuting delays in the area Wednesday morning, authorities said.

As of 8:51 a.m., there's a crash on Route 1 southbound north of Woodbridge Avenue in Edison, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

2 left lanes are currently closed, the agency said. There is a 5- to 10-minute delay.
