Englewood Chiropractor Accused Of Touching Patients Sexually: Prosecutor
A chiropractor at Irby Spine Care in Englewood is accused of inappropriately touching three female patients, Bergen County authorities say.

A Bergen County chiropractor has been arrested on charges of criminal sexual contact after female patients told authorities he touched them inappropriately during treatment, Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal announced.
Archer Irby, 45, of Leonia faces charges of Criminal Sexual Contact, Attempted Criminal Sexual Contact and Lewdness. The arrest followed an investigation launched on July 29 by the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit and the Englewood Police Department.
Irby, a chiropractor at Irby Spine Care on Grand Avenue in Englewood is accused of inappropriately touching three female patients, Grewal said in a statement.

He was first charged Saturday with one count of Criminal Sexual Contact and his bail was set at $2,500, which he posted.
On Monday, after further investigation, he was charged with two additional counts of Criminal Sexual Contact, one count of Attempted Criminal Sexual Contact and one count of Lewdness, authorities said. His bail was set at $7,500, which he posted and was released.

He was ordered to have no contact with the victims.
His arraignment is scheduled for Aug. 17.
