Englewood Cliffs Acupuncturist Accused Of 'Inappropriately' Touching A Female Patient: Prosecutor
Myung Ho Lee, 70, had been charged with criminal sexual conduct. He is scheduled to be arraigned Monday.
ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J. — A borough acupuncturist will be arraigned Monday on charges he inappropriately touched a female patient while practicing without a license.
Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said in a press release Saturday that Myung Ho Lee, 70, had been charged with criminal sexual conduct and unlicensed practice of acupuncture. The charges stem from an alleged May 4 incident in his Fort Lee office, the prosecutor said.
Lee is accused of inappropriately touching a female patient while treating her at his Fort Lee Acupuncture and Physical Therapy office at 360 Whiteman St., authorities said.

The Fort Lee Police Department and the prosecutor’s office conducted a joint investigation regarding the accusation.
Lee was being held in the Bergen County Jail Saturday in lieu of $10,000 bail.
