• NJ Transit bus crashes into home (6abc.com) — An NJ Transit 166 bus crashed into a home on Rockwood Place in Englewood early Thursday, damaging two houses and multiple vehicles and injuring the driver. Emergency crews and Englewood officials say the home's structure may be compromised, but no residents were hurt. Investigators are now working to determine whether a medical issue or another cause led to the crash.
   

• New Jersey Congressman says wave of antisemitism must stop (northjersey.com) — A Bergen County ceremony in nearby Tenafly marking the Oct. 7 Hamas attack drew local residents, including Englewood's Edward Dauber, who came to support Rep. Josh Gottheimer. The congressman announced bipartisan measures to honor victims, fight antisemitism, and push for stronger education about the attacks. The event underscored rising antisemitic incidents in New Jersey, especially in Bergen County.
