Englewood Building Evacuated Following Structural Collapse
Police, fire and city personnel were investigating what might have caused the East Forest Avenue building to crumble Tuesday.

ENGLEWOOD, N.J. — City police and fire personnel were investigating a partially collapsed building at 24 East Forest Ave. Tuesday.
The building's facade came down and there appeared to be "significant structural damage," said Detective Capt. Timothy Torell.
Police responded to the mixed-use building at about 10 a.m., on a report that it partially collapsed, said Torell. The building is used for both residential and commercial purposes.
