6 Fair Lawn Residents Arrested Following Paterson Robbery
Robbery occurred during a drug transaction, police said.

Six Fair Lawn residents were charged following a robbery that was committed in Paterson Nov. 9, Fair Lawn police said.
The robbery occurred in the parking lot of the Home Depot on McLean Boulevard in Paterson, Sgt. Brian Metzler said.
An 18-year-old man was completing a drug transaction with two of the residents when additional men showed up, Metzler said.

The marijuana, credit cards, $368, a phone charger, and a hat were taken while the victim was assaulted, police said, and then the assailants ran away.
Not all six of the people charged were present at the robbery, Metzler said.

The six people charged with conspiracy to commit robbery were: Malik Contee, 20; Luke Emerson, 20, Zachary Louis, 18; Aric McCray, 18; Colin Sheehan, 19; and Marc Terwilliger, 18.
Contee’s and Louis’ bail was set at $65,000 while bail for each of the others charged was set at $50,000. Louis and Sheehan posted bail and they were released. The others were sent to Bergen County Jail on bail, but as of Monday, all their bails were posted and they were released, police said.
