EZ Ride Recruiting Volunteer Drivers

Volunteer drivers are needed to assist EZ Ride's Community Cars program, which provides low-cost, safe and reliable transportation services

“As New Jersey’s aging population rapidly increases, we have a greater need than ever to ensure our seniors maintain their quality of life,” said Krishna Murthy, Meadowlink Executive Director. “Being able to get to doctors’ appointments, the grocery store, a friend’s house -- these are things we take for granted, when we can drive. For those who cannot drive, our Community Cars program will get them where they want to go, whenever they need.”

Volunteer drivers are needed throughout Northern New Jersey. EZ Ride provides various incentives for its volunteers, including free rides. To find out more about becoming a volunteer driver, visit www.ezride.org or call Kinga Skora at 201-939-4242. You may also email her at kskora@ezride.org.

Meadowlink is a nonprofit, public-private partnership that was created to improve access to affordable transportation, reduce traffic congestion and promote economic growth. Meadowlink is one of the state’s largest carpool, vanpool and employee shuttle program provider, in addition to its special transportation services and offers its services using the EZ Ride brand.
