The Board of Trustees of FAMILYConnections is pleased to announce that, after an extensive and careful search, Errol Seltzer has been selected as the agency’s new Executive Director. He assumes his new position on April 6.
Mr. Seltzer has more than 20 years’ experience as Executive Director at two different social service agencies in Northern New Jersey. His previous areas of focus have included Housing, Adult Medical Daycare, Homecare and Habilitation, as well as Quality Improvement, Strategic Partnerships, Staff and Board Development, and Fundraising.
Errol began his professional career as a direct care worker for adults with developmental disabilities. He worked in this role through college, completing his Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education. From there, he took on numerous managerial and administrative roles while earning his Master’s degree in Health Care Administration with a focus on non-profit management. He is deeply committed to serving the non-profit sector and is thrilled at the opportunity to join the FAMILYConnections team.
