Fair Lawn Woman Charged With Prescription Fraud

The woman tried to have the prescription filled at Walgreens, police said.

FAIR LAWN, N.J. — A borough woman was charged with fraud after she took an old prescription script and tried to use it again, police said.

Five police officers responded to Walgreens on River Road Thursday afternoon on a report of prescription fraud, police said.

Carmelia Collazo, 32, of Fair Lawn, admitted to police she coped an old prescription script to use again, police said. She was charged with fraud and released, police said.
