Fair Lawn Woman Sues Man She Says Recorded Her Using The Bathroom: Report
The woman, 19, claims Nicholas Sunday, 69, filmed her while she used the bathroom at his Ridgewood house when she worked for him.

FAIR LAWN, N.J. — A borough woman is suing a man charged with filming her while she used the bathroom in his home while she worked for him.
The girl, 19, states in the lawsuit that Nicholas Sunday, 69, secretly recorded her as she tried on clothes or used the bathroom in his house in 2014. The lawsuit claims Sunday hid a video camera inside a clock in the bathroom, NJ.com reported. Sunday hired to girl to work for him at his former Ridgewood home. She is seeking punitive and compensatory damages.
The girl found the camera in October of 2014 and confronted Sunday about it, according to the report. Sunday denied videotaping the girl.

Patch has attempted to obtain a copy of the lawsuit.
Sunday was charged with invasion of privacy and tampering with/destroying evidence after authorities found videos of an alleged juvenile victim taken without their consent in his bathroom, authorities said at the time of his arrest.

Sunday pleaded guilty fourth-degree stalking in 2015 and was sentenced to probation, according to the report. His last known address was in Prospect Park. He could not be reached for comment.
