Mary Battaglia, Certified Clinical Hypnosis Practitioner and founder of Metro Hypnosis Center, will explain how hypnosis techniques can help you reach your health goals more easily. Ms. Battaglia will take you through a guided visualization. You will learn that being optimally healthy is about changing your habits for life.
