Free Workshop Overcoming the Fear of Public Speaking Tuesday 9/23 at 7 pm at Metro Hypnosis Center, 550 Kinderkamack Rd. Oradell

Free workshop provides the tools to help feel confident, focused and relaxed when speaking publicly.

Fear of public speaking remains the #1 phobia that people have. Three out of four people, or 75%, suffer from some type of anxiety related to public speaking. Fear of public speaking can have a negative effect on everything from giving an informal speech to getting that next promotion.
When mental blocks or the belief in one’s self triggers that fear, hypnosis can help clear those blocks. It doesn’t matter what is causing the fear because the focus is on clearing the blocks. Visualizing being relaxed and comfortable in any type of speaking situation, in front of any audience is one of the techniques used in hypnosis to overcome the fear of public speaking.
A free workshop will be given on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 7 pm by Mary Battaglia, the founder of Metro Hypnosis Center in Oradell, NJ. The workshop will focus on how hypnosis can help strip away the blocks. Ms. Battaglia will explain how techniques can help you reach the goal of easily presenting in front of others. The participants will be led through a guided visualization.
“When I work with clients in hypnosis to overcome the fear of public speaking I try to find out if there is any memory that triggers feeling this way,” Ms. Battaglia comments. “Sometimes there is was prior experience in a classroom, or when they were speaking in front of people, that embarrassed or mortified them. When there was a traumatic experience, then hypnosis techniques will remove the emotion from the event.”
Guest presenter Carol Kelly, Motivational Speaker will also give tips on presentation skills. The workshop will be given on September 23, 2014 at 7:00pm at Metro Hypnosis Center’s office at 550 Kinderkamack Road, Oradell New Jersey. Seating is limited so people are asked to email mary.battaglia@metrohypnosiscener.com to reserve a seat.
