Girls, 14 And 15, Caught With Vodka At Fair Lawn High School: Police

They will be charged with underage possession of alcohol, police said.

FAIR LAWN, N.J. — Two teenage girls will be charged with underage possession of alcohol after police allegedly found them with vodka at Fair Lawn High School June 23, police said.

School Resource Officer Sean Nagle and Detective Mark Wyka detained two students, a 14-year-old and a 15-year-old, after school staff found them in possession of water bottles with vodka, Sgt. Brian Metzler said.

Both students were released to their parents; they will be charged with underage possession of alcoholic beverages in family court, Metzler said.
