Reflexology focuses on applying healing touch to specific areas of the feet which affect the entire body. Additional treatments such as pedicures, paraffin wax and detox are also available.

Since 2009, owner and operator Catherine Bello has been helping local woman rejuvenate their souls and soles. A licensed manicurist since 1982  and certified reflexology since 1990, Bello specializes in the Ingham Method, from the International Institute of Reflexology.

An alternative medicine, Bello will apply pressure to the feet, hands, or ears with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion. Reflexology is believe to help in relieving stress and tension; improving blood supply and promoting the unblocking of nerve impulses; and helping nature achieve homeostasis.

While appointments are recommended, you can take advantage of either a 30 ($55) or 60 ($85) minute session. All reflexology sessions start with a soothing foot bath, foot cleansing message, followed by a hot towel wrap. For $40, check out the Detox for Health 30-minute session.
