Longtime Fair Lawn Resident Lou Redbord Appointed Regional Vice President of 13 Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Offices

MADISON, N.J. (December 8, 2014) – Hal Maxwell, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County N.Y., is pleased to announce that Lou Redbord has been appointed regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Region 4. Redbord will be responsible for overseeing 13 offices and approximately 681 affiliated sales associates serving local communities throughout Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth and Somerset counties. Redbord is a current resident of Ocean Township in Monmouth County and previously was a longtime resident of Fair Lawn in Bergen County.

A real estate professional for nearly 20 years, Redbord was an award-winning associate and most recently branch vice president of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Holmdel/Colts Neck office, consistently achieving NRT’s prestigious President’s Council for Managers Award. He earned the National Association of REALTORS® e-Pro designation and continues to expand his industry knowledge through education. Redbord is a director for both the Monmouth County Association of REALTORS® (MCAR) and the New Jersey Association of REALTORS®, and serves on several MCAR committees.

While a branch vice president, Redbord and his office participated in many community events such as the Colts Neck Fair, Clean Ocean Actions Beach Sweep, and the grounds cleanup and maintenance work at Cross Farm Park in Holmdel as part of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Days in 2014. The Holmdel/Colts Neck office raised thousands of dollars and volunteered many hours to help families and individuals who were affected by Superstorm Sandy. Most recently, Redbord was the southern region chairperson for the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Casino Night fundraiser, which raised $30,000 for local charities.
