• designer showroom is now open on Route 17 south next to and the former Pizza Hut. Current locations include; Montclair, Fairfield, Belleville, Orange, Madison and Sparta.
• GNC is now open on Route 17 north, next to and in front of The Fashion Center.
• Creative Playthings on Route 17 south in the former location of Boater’s World.

Coming Soon:

• Branch Brook will be opening late spring/early summer on Route 4 west next to 35 Plaza in the former location of Seaman’s Furniture and Levitz Furniture. Branch Brook sells pools, pool supplies, patio furniture, pool tables and game room accessories. Other New Jersey locations include; East Hanover, Wharton, Green Brook, Hazlet and Newark.
• XSRE will be opening in late spring at Paramus Towne Center on Route 17 north next to .  This super sized accessory store will be taking over half the space of the old Circuit City. Currently, there is a location open at Palisades Center in West Nyack, N.Y.
• Blick Art Materials will opening its first New Jersey location later this spring at 35 Plaza on Route 4 west. It will be taking over the corner store that was recently the Van Heusen/G.H. Bass store and before that the Paramus Picture Show/Cinema 35 movie theatre.
• Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft will be opening a brand new location at 30 A & S Drive, next to on May 20. The store will be taking over the space that was the former Comp USA, which closed a few years ago. There is a location at the Interstate Shopping Center on Route 17 south in Ramsey that has been there for years.
• Prestige Mercedes will be opening a new state of the art dealership on Route 17 south on the site of the former Cerami Pontiac, next to .
• at The Outlets at Bergen Town Center started a three-month renovation the beginning of March. The renovations are taking place in anticipation of the new Fresh Grocery section they are going to have which opens on June 7. The Target in Hackensack is also renovating . If you can’t wait for the Fresh Grocery department, then head to the Target in Edgewater. They completed renovations right before the holidays.
