Nominate an Historic Fair Lawn High School Athlete for the Hall of Fame
The FLHS Athletic Hall of Fame Committee is accepting applications for nominees. Who do you think deserves a bid?

Editor's note: I'd love to hear in the comments who you think belongs in the FLHS Athletic Hall of Fame (including recent graduates). Whatever athletes gets the most comments, I'll look into doing a "Where Are They Now?" feature on the individual.

The FLHS Athletic Hall of Fame Committee is currently accepting applications for nominees for its 2012 Class of Inductees, who will honored at a banquet in the fall.

Nominees are eligible in four categories: individual athlete, team, coach and special candidate.
The individual and team nominees must have competed for and graduated from Fair Lawn High School at least 10 years ago.

Special candidates will be considered based on their contributions to the athletic programs.
Once an athlete, team, coach or special candidate is nominated, they must receive at least 75 percent approval from the 16-member Hall of Fame Committee to enter the exclusive club.
Zack Smithlin, Dave Nagelhout, Scott Kemp, John Donohue, Paul Saint (St. Miklossy), Maryanne Artinger Samra and the 1988, 1989 and 1990 wrestling teams.
Applications for this year's Hall of Fame nominations are attached (see attached PDF) or available at the FLHS Hall of Fame's website. When filling out an application, the FLHS Hall of Fame Committee asks that you fill in as much pertinent information as possible.
