Panhandling Man Charged With Burglarizing Fair Lawn Vehicle
Police found drugs in Sabino Tellini's possession, authorities said.

FAIR LAWN, N.J. — A panhandling man was charged with burglary after he broke into a vehicle Monday, police said.
Police officers Nicholas Snyder and Anthony Burgos responded to 7-Eleven at about 7:30 p.m. on a report of a man asking customers for money and arrested Sabino Tellini, 51, of Paterson, after they found items taken from a vehicle on 30th Street in his pocket, said Sgt. Brian Metzler.
Tellini had warrants for his arrest issued out of Paterson, Elmwood Park, and Ridgefield Park, police said. He was charged with burglary, theft, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said. He was handed over to Paterson Police.
