• 18 People Charged With Stealing Turf From Vacant Fair Lawn Business: Police (patch.com) — Fair Lawn police say 18 people were arrested Tuesday night after officers found them taking astroturf from outside a vacant business at River Road and Hopper Avenue. The suspects, ages 18 to 43, were all charged with theft as Fair Lawn authorities continue investigating the unusual incident with assistance from the New York Police Department.
