Police Kick Off Drunk Driving Enforcement Campaign
Beginning Friday night, the Fair Lawn Police Department will be on the lookout for drunk drivers as part of a statewide campaign

The Fair Lawn Police Department will be cracking down on drunk driving this weekend as part of New Jersey's annual "Over the Limit, Under Arrest," campaign.
The statewide campaign, which runs from Aug. 19 to Sept. 5, aims to raise awareness about the dangers of drunk driving through high-visibility means of enforcement like roving saturation patrols and DUI checkpoints.
The FLPD received a $4,400 grant from the New Jersey Division of Highway Traffic Safety to conduct this year's effort.
