Police Officer's Theft Case Expected To Go To Superior Court: Report
Police have 'no idea' where the $821 worth of supplies Officer Donald MacIsaac allegedly stole from the ambulance corps.

The case of a Fair Lawn police officer accused of stealing supplies from the ambulance corps is expected to be transferred to state Superior Court, The Record reported Thursday.
Officer Donald MacIsaac, a 27-year veteran of the police department, did not enter a plea at his arraignment in Rochelle Park municipal court, the report states.

MacIsaac was arrested Tuesday and has been suspended without pay, Fair Lawn Police Chief Glen Cauwels said in a statement Wednesday. He is charged with third-degree theft for allegedly stealing $821.01 worth of supplies.
Authorities do not know where the missing items — which include blankets, pillowcases, gloves, and sanitary wipes — are, the report stated. The items were stolen on 15 separate occasions, police said.
