TD Bank Names Thomas Ponticelli of Hawthorne Senior Commercial Real Estate Lender for N.J. and Staten Island

TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has promoted Thomas J. Ponticelli to Vice President, Senior Commercial Real Estate Lender, based in Ramsey. He will continue to be responsible for new business development, construction lending and administration, underwriting, portfolio management, derivatives, low income housing tax credit financing and loan syndications, serving clients throughout New Jersey and Staten Island, N.Y.
Ponticelli has 15 years of experience in banking and lending. He joined TD Bank in 2006 as a Senior Credit Analyst and also has served as an Assistant Vice President, Portfolio Manager and Line Lender. Ponticelli is a member of the NJ Real Estate Lenders Association (RELA) and the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).
A resident of Hawthorne, Ponticelli is a volunteer coach with the Hawthorne Soccer Association and is a member of the Villanova University Alumni Association. He is a 1999 graduate of Villanova University.
