VIDEO: Inside Fair Lawn Burger Joint's 'Road Show' Revival
The recently closed burger joint cooked up a storm for its fans
recently closed on Broadway amid tough economic times, but owner Steve Quilliam is now reviving the burger joint through what he calls the "Quilly's Road Show." In the first road show event, Quilliam and crew at hall on Parmelee Avenue to give fans the taste of the restaurant they had been missing since its closure. Patch videographer Wayne Robbins got attendees to share their memories of Quilly's and caught up with Quilliam—known around town as "the slider king"—in the kitchen.
