• Historic Union Hotel reopens in Hunterdon County after 11 years (wrnjradio.com) — Downtown Flemington's long-shuttered Union Hotel has finally reopened as a 100-room boutique hotel with new restaurants, nightlife, and event spaces after an 11-year redevelopment. Locals can now book stays, dine at Jersey Prime, enjoy JP's Cocktail Parlour, and soon check out FIELDHOUSE SOCIAL, all within the new Courthouse Square complex on Main Street.
   

• Following Commissioner Board Approval, Hunterdon County Arboretum in Clinton Township will feature a new Educational Trail + Interactive Play Areas for kids *MEETING VIDEO* (tapinto.net) — Hunterdon County commissioners, meeting in Flemington, just approved funding for a major upgrade to the Hunterdon County Arboretum in nearby Clinton Township, including a new educational walking trail and interactive play areas for kids. The $438,000 project will transform the old "Wizard Walk" into an accessible, nature-themed learning space, with county leaders praising parks staff for expanding family-friendly amenities.
