A visit to newly opened Funsters Art, Fort Lee, instantly makes you feel happy as soon as you walk in and see multicolored walls and hear kids’ laughters coming out from the classrooms. Funsters Art is a wonderland of creativity that educates children from the ages of 2 to 12 and helps them to express their feelings through play.
With three classrooms, a playroom, and a spacious kitchen, Funsters Art upgrades ordinary art instruction to a wholly new level of fun-packed creative learning experience. Funsters curriculum is founded on nurturing aesthetic senses such as sight, touch, hearing, smell, and taste through weekly theme based art or cooking lessons.
Funsters dynamic curriculum progresses over a course of 12 weeks (3 art classes and 1 cooking class per month). Flour play, creating apple tree gardens, making snowy rice balls, and dot finger painting are just few of the classes that Funsters Art offered recently. Not only these play art activities are fun, they are also proven to be therapeutic.
Funsters Art is open on Monday through Friday from 2pm-7pm; every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 am-12 pm; and Saturday from 10 am-6 pm.
