Donna Ranieri, Local Financial Services Leader, Helps Clients Navigate Lending Market

Sovereign Bank, N.A., a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Banco Santander, announced the appointment of Donna Ranieri as Senior Mortgage Development Officer in New Jersey. She serves clients in Monmouth, Ocean, and Middlesex counties in addition to clients in New York. Ms. Ranieri specializes in residential and divorce lending as well as spousal buyouts.

A resident of Monmouth County, Ms. Ranieri has over 35 years of experience assisting clients in meeting home mortgage, lending and banking needs.  Ms. Ranieri’s credentials include her work as an advisor with the IACP-International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, The Jersey Shore Collaborative Law Group and The Mid-Jersey Collaborative Law Alliance.  She is a founding member of Collaborative Divorce Professionals of NJ. She was also named to the Empire’s list of Who’s Who of Professional Female Executives from 2004-2007.

Ms. Ranieri served as a Senior Mortgage Development Officer with Sovereign for 10 years in the Freehold, NJ office. Prior to re-joining Sovereign, Ms. Ranieri was a Divorce Lending and Mortgage Consultant with Wells Fargo where she received accolades as a top producing loan officer and became a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.  Additionally, she served as trustee with The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society for three years.
