FORT LEE, N.J. – (February 21, 2013) – Joshua Baris, sales associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Fort Lee, has been recognized by “Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate” with inclusion in its network of high-end real estate brokers and firms. Baris was selected to represent New Jersey in the network by Chairman/Publisher John Brian Losh based on Baris’ consistent demonstration of his expertise in the marketing of luxury properties. He also recently sold the largest and highest-priced single-family home in Edgewater, N.J. after only 98 days on the market for $2.5 million.
A banner year in 2012 earned Baris several accolades for his sale success. These honors included the prestigious Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle Award and the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Award at the Gold Level for 2012. For the second year in a row, Baris was chosen by readers of New Jersey Monthly Magazine as one of its Five Star Real Estate Agents.
