The Kula for Karma Kulathon, a fundraiser benefiting the Kula for Karma organization, will take place on Sunday June 9th from 8am to 2pm. Throughout this special day of back-to-back yoga and wellness classes, participants will have chances to win drawing prizes and auction items; score on spa and personal training specials; snack on healthful fare, fresh juices and frozen yogurt; and enjoy live jazz on the mezzanine!
In addition to the regular Sunday group fitness schedule, the Kulathon will include Therapeutic/restorative, Vinyasa, Cardio, and Hatha yoga classes, plus Family Yoga and even Outdoor Yoga for all skill levels. Plus, the Spinning DJ will be in the house keeping the beats pumping all day long! Suggested donation for participants is $25, but all donations and contributions are welcome.
Kula for Karma is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides therapeutic yoga, meditation and stress management for populations in need. More information about this group can be found at www.kulaforkarma.org.

10am to 11am: Hatha Flow

11am to Noon: Cardio Yoga Outdoors
Mats available at the front desk (Katherine)
11am to 12:15pm: Yoga and the Three Bears
Family Yoga (Annie)
$20 per family.
All children must be accompanied by a parent.
Noon - 1pm: Power and Grace:
Vinyasa Flow all levels (Mary Beth)
12:20pm to 1:30pm: Yoga Outdoors
