Spinning® is a cardio-respiratory workout appropriate for all levels.  In order to be properly situated on the spinning® bikes, it is recommended that all participants arrive 10-15 minutes before the beginning of each class.

Step Strength Mix: Basic to intermediate level step class mixed with sculpting and strength combos.

Barre Blend: Modeled after the Lotte Berk Method this class fuses core conditioning with disciplines of Pilates and yoga to produce lean and flexible muscles using 2-3 lb dumbbells and a Ballet Barre. Integrate muscle shaping techniques of: isometrics, the elongating principles of dance conditioning /stretching, and the science of physical therapy to create a workout that quickly and safely reshapes your entire body.

Dumbbell Conditioning: Non-stop action using dumbbells to condition and strengthen your entire body. Move in every direction functionally and traditionally.

Zumba: Fusion of Latin & international music-dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system.

Pilates can be a very effective method in helping to improve core strength, balance, flexibility and posture. Like Yoga, there are many unique training styles. Our Pilates program offers a wide range of instructors and allows you to choose a style most appropriate for your lifestyle.

Pilates Barre Fusion: This class is a multi-dimensional workout fusing the best components of core conditioning of Pilates, standing ballet leg work and weight training for the upper body using 2-3 lb. weights, Pilates circles and body bars and a Ballet Barre. Movements are low impact, easy on joints, and help improve posture and balance. Benefits from participating in barre classes include building longer, leaner muscles, building a strong core, developing muscle balance and increasing flexibility.

BOSU Pump: Now challenge your balance, coordination and stamina on the BOSU. This class is an athletic style cardio strength mix that’s fun, different and exciting!

Kick-Box Mix: This Tae-Bo-styled workout will challenge your upper and lower body and every muscle in between. Cross train your muscle groups and teach your body how to move in new and different ways.
