Cops: Fort Lee "Peeping Tom" Stalker Arrested With Lady's Underwear In Pocket
Police say suspect allegedly broke into a woman's apartment after stalking her.
A Fort Lee man watched a woman through her window, broke into her apartment, and was arrested with her underwear in his pocket a short while later, according to police.
Police say that after observing her through the window, Moses Garcia Santiago, 41, entered the woman’s 8th Street home on Friday.
The woman screamed when she saw Santiago, the news release states.

According to police, Santiago enacted a similar scenario on Thursday on Forest Road.
Garcia is charged with theft of the underwear, criminal trespass, and “peering,” police say.
