THE GYM of ENGLEWOOD Hosts Food Drive Benefiting Local Residents Affected by Hurricane Sandy

THE GYM of ENGLEWOOD will be collecting non-perishable food, baby items and personal care products to be donated to The Center for Food Action.

The Center for Food Action (www.cfanj.org) has already helped over 65 families affected by Hurricane Sandy and expects to help many more. With or without power, they have made their facility and services available to everyone who needs it. The Center for Food Action’s mission is to “prevent hunger and homelessness and improve the lives of individuals and families living in poverty.”

The most needed items include: Canned Meat, Tuna, etc.; Canned Hearty Soup; Canned Vegetables; Macaroni and Cheese; PB&J; Cereal (low sugar kids’ cereal welcome); Dry Milk; Canned Fruit; Instant Potatoes; 100% Juice; Baby Formula and Diapers sizes 4, 5, & 6; Soap, & Dental Hygiene Products. 
 
Your neighbors are in need.  We are asking all in the local community to donate without delay.

November 12 through November 25, 2012 

Items may be dropped off at THE GYM of ENGLEWOOD during normal business hours.
