YWCA Bergen County is partnering with dance visionary and TV personality Kesha Nichols to present “DancingThruLife”: A Sassy Dance Workshop on Wednesday, July 17, 2013. Women and girls of all ages and all levels of dance experience are invited to join Nichols for a day dedicated to personal empowerment, self-discovery, fitness, and fun.
A former New Jersey Nets dancer and cast member of VH1’s Basketball Wives, Nichols is CEO of Sugar & Spice Productions, where she choreographs and produces everything from music videos to celebrity and corporate events. She will lead workshop participants seamlessly through dance and fitness instruction, body awareness, self confidence discussions, and story-sharing, ending with a fun group performance.
