Can someone tell me what the large green space is in the center of town – Bordered by 12th /11th on the west side, east Central on the south, and Stillwell (roughly) on the north side.It is green on google maps but is not identified as a park and seems to have no access. Is this a private lot – just vacant? Does anyone know the history ?
