Men Had $11K In Cash, 130 Grams Of Cocaine In Vehicles At Bergen Hotel: Prosecutor
The four men were found at and near the Holiday Inn
Authorities seized $11,200 and more than 100 grams worth of suspected cocaine from inside hidden compartments in vehicles at and near the Holiday Inn in Fort Lee Sunday, Gurbir S. Grewal, Bergen County’s acting prosecutor, said in a news release.
Three men from Philadelphia and one from Kissimmee, Florida were arrested as a result of the investigation, the prosecutor said.
Members of the prosecutor’s office and the Fort Lee Police Department saw four men near the vehicles suspected to have hidden compartments that controlled dangerous substances are transported it, Grewal said.

Law enforcement officers detained the men, the prosecutor said, and found 130 grams of suspected cocaine and $11,200 in cash in the hidden compartments, Grewal said.
Both vehicles were seized and the four men, Joel Gomez-Peralta, 31, Victor Roman-Rivera, 31, Jose Pacheco-Delgado, 31, and Ruben Navarro-Perez, 30, were arrested and transported to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office for processing, Grewal said. They were each charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance, namely cocaine, in a quantity greater than one-half but less than fives ounces, a second-degree crimes, Grewal said.

The men were transported to the Bergen County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail each, with no 10 percent option, pending a Sept. 21 appearance in Bergen County Central Municipal Court in Hackensack.
