FORT LEE, NJ - A Palisades Interstate Parkway police officer was injured in an motor vehicle accident on Lemoine Avenue Tuesday morning, authorities said.
The accident occurred at the Lemoine Avenue entrance to Route 95 South, Palisades Interstate Parkway police said on Twitter.

The officer was taken to Englewood Hospital with minor injuries, police said.
The Fort Lee Police Department is investigating the accident. They could not be reached for comment.
