Verismo Opera Open House. Celebrating 25 Years of Grand Opera.
The New Jersey Association of Verismo Opera invites the public to learn more about Bergen County's only grand opera company.
Artistic Director Lucine Amara, a Met Opera luminary, invites the public, singers, and actors to attend. Bergen Performing Arts Center’s (bergenPAC) house opera company will discuss its 25-year history, mission, chorus auditions, and behind-the-scenes activities.
Opportunities for singers, supernumeraries, volunteers, and others to participate in the company will be presented. Learn more about the 2014-2015 season, upcoming productions, and the Verismo Opera Chorus. Memorabilia and exhibits will be on display. A silent auction will be held.
