Police arrived at the scene on Tuesday night and found an overturned 2004 Chevrolet Malibu near the area of 3468 Route 9, Linskey said.

An initial investigation revealed that the Chevrolet was traveling southbound on Route 9 when it changed lanes and the driver lost control of the vehicle, causing it to spin out. The car veered off the road to the right, colliding with a curb and several concrete bollards.
