Hello, and welcome to our Little Blog Patch by Ava Holly....

Well, the Winter has certainly taken a toll on me. I'm happy if I don't see any more snow for a long time. LOL It never stopped me from moving forward but it is nice to see a beautiful day again. It's been awhile since I've been able to get in here and it's been quite hectic. So let's get rolling again in the “Blog Patch” and let you know what's coming up that is a must see if you have interest in any of these areas.....

1st.... Join us TOMORROW 11:00-6:00 at the beautiful Crystal Tea Room in Philadelphia. (13th and Market street/ Old Wanamaker Building) This is the first annual Philadelphia, Bar, Nightlife and Hospitality Convention. We are thrilled to be a part of it. This should be quite the interesting event with seminars, speakers and more.....

OUR MISSION

The Philadelphia Bar, Nightlife & Hospitality Convention (PBNHC) will provide an annual forum, hub and platform for Philadelphia area hospitality and nightlife professionals ranging from establishment owners, managers and personnel to related vendors and governing authorities to network and expand business relations, information and opportunities for the first time ever as part of one comprehensive event.

Hosted by the Philadelphia Bar & Nightlife Alliance, the inaugural Philadelphia Bar & Nightlife Convention will be hosted in April 2014 at the beautiful Crystal tea Room in Center City Philadelphia. For additional information to register for the PBNHC, please go to

On Thurs. May 1st, join us for a complimentary tasting of the new "Weight loss Coffee" and Energy Coffee at Sunryser in Absecon at 11:30.  

Next we have “A Knights of the Roundtable” Mastermind Series on May 9th. This is a small fundraiser for Brain Cancer Research. There are only a few seats left. Seats are 50.00 and include 2 specialty speakers, light food and wine and a token gift. This is the last in the series for this Season . For information, got to www.4astar.com and go to events. This particular night is very special as right after the mastermind, there will be a free concert as part of the “Jim Craine 40 years to overnight success tour”. This will also be a fundraiser for the Marine Mammal Stranding Center and you can adopt a seal right there that evening ! It's going to be a great night. Mastermind from 6-8 and concert from 8-10. Come out and join us ! Foundation Room of the Showboat !

After that , follow us to the “Ladies Night Out” Fashion event on May 15th, from 5:30 -7:30 at the Greate Bay Country Club . Get your tickets at www.readysetglow.biz This will also be an exciting event. Come out and meet the great sponsors and vendors for this show stopping Fashion event.

On May 20th, we are calling all “Charity Chairs” to participate in a limited seating round table discussion about our bill in the Senate to give charities a voice ! This is a complimentary event sponsored by 4 A STAR. Seating is limited and registration is required for head count. Please contact Ava for more information. www.4astar.com

On May 30th, we are bringing in the “Air Project” for it's U.S. Debut. ( May 29th in N.Y. And May 30th in Atlantic City) This is a V.I.P. Invitation only event displaying Art and live music together. Again, contact Ava if you are interested in this event. We will be bringing the “Air Project” back around again in the Fall with details to come soon. Local surprise guests and famous Artists and entertainers will bring this collaboration to life. This is a FOXXCODE, 4 A STAR and aMUSEd artistry event.

Last but certainly not least for this blog entry is our annual “TASTE OF GALLOWAY and Community” event to take place in Historic Smithville on June 26th. This event runs 5-8 PM . Each year we take feedback from the crowd and work to make the next event bigger and better. Many surprises in store this time around and details will be in a future blog soon. All the final touches are being worked on as we speak....
