Atlantic County Repeat Offender Distributed Child Porn: Feds

The former school custodian was convicted in 2014 for several child pornography offenses.

BUENA BOROUGH, NJ — A Minotola man was indicted Friday for distribution and possession of child pornography. Stephen Tisch, a former Ocean County school custodian, was convicted of child pornography offenses in 2014.

An investigation revealed Tisch distributed child pornography on a social media chat forum while living in Ocean County, according to U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito. A search of Tisch's home revealed several images of child exploitation on his phone, authorities said.

The 36-year-old was previously arrested for child pornography and distribution while working as a custodian in 2012 in the Toms River Regional School District. The district suspended him. Tisch was convicted in Ocean County two years later.
