Bites Nearby: Thinkin Chick'n

You could stand on a corner and look around until a restaurant sign draws you in. But we've got a better idea. Each week, Galloway Patch picks a great restaurant either in town or nearby that is worth checking out. Here's this week's choice:

Thinkin Chick’n: This soul food chicken restaurant, located at 319 East Jimmie Leeds Road, is tucked away in Risley Square next to Napoli’s Pizza, and takes its time to produce perfection. The menu features its trademark Touchdown Wings, Whiting, Tilapia, Jumbo Shrimp, Fried Lobster Tail, and Shrimp.

They also have a selection of salads and desserts, including sweet potato pie, banana pudding, peach cobbler and cheesecakes.

Thinkin Chick’n is open Monday-Saturday, from 11 a.m.-9 p.m., and Sunday from 2:30-6 p.m.
