Police saw him dealing drugs before they searched his fanny pack, according to authorities.

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ — A Galloway man had 400 bags of heroin and more than 12 grams of marijuana with him Saturday in Atlantic City, police said. Authorities say they witnessed Adam Jones Jr. dealing drugs.

Officers found Jones, 21, loitering in the parking lot in the first south block of Florida Avenue. Residents and business owners have complained about drug use and distribution on the block, police said.

Jones continually engaged with people as they walked down the street, police said. Then officers say they watched him conduct a drug transaction with an unknown man. Police approached Jones as the other man walked away.
