Dante Robinson, who was involved in the murder of Autumn Pasquale, was the first person arrested in the alleged break-in.

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Four more people have been arrested and charged in connection with an alleged home invasion in Gloucester Township, authorities said on Friday. The first person arrested was connected to the Autumn Pasquale murder earlier this decade.

Robinson and Conley are each being charged with two additional crimes – third-degree unlawful possession of a rifle or shotgun and second-degree possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes.

Robinson was injured during the home invasion. Police never revealed what the injury entailed, but the homeowner said he shot Robinson in self defense after the group broke into their home, and beat and terrorized them.

He has since been released from the hospital. He and Conley were transported to Camden County jail pending the pretrial detention hearing in accordance with the New Jersey Bail Reform.

Under the recent Criminal Justice Reform rules, the court may order Robinson and Conley be detained without bail or released with conditions. Pretrial detention hearings for Robinson and Conley are scheduled for Tuesday, June 6.

The three teenagers were transported to Camden County Juvenile Center.

Robinson’s mother has said that her son was asked to take a group of people to the home, but didn’t know why they were going there.

Robinson was 17 at the time of Pasquale’s death in 2012. His younger brother Justin was 15 when he lured Pasquale to her death. He pleaded guilty to aggravated manslaughter and was sentenced to 17 years in prison.

In his guilty plea, Justin Robinson indicated in a signed statement he had acted alone and his older brother had no idea what was going on. Dante Robinson wasn't held responsible in Pasquale's death. Justin Robinson also said his mother and stepfather weren't home when Pasquale was killed.
