GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Gloucester Township police are looking to hire a part-time school crossing guard ahead of the next school year. The position is for 10 hours a week and on an on-call basis. It is open to Gloucester Township residents.
The crossing guard will be tasked with regulating and directing the movement of school children at a street intersection, paying particular attention to their safety.
They must also pass a background check and maintain such security clearance throughout the duration of their employment.
