Gift from Teen Cancer America, First Citizens Bank Grows Hackensack University Medical Center AYA Program
The generous donation, worth nearly $380,000 over three years, will help expand the Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) program at HUMC
Joseph M. Sanzari Children’s Hospital and John Theurer Cancer Center, located at Hackensack Meridian Hackensack University Medical Center (HUMC), recently celebrated a generous donation from Teen Cancer America and First Citizens Bank that will allow the hospital to expand its Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) program.
The gift is worth nearly $380,000 over three years, and Hackensack was given a check representing First Citizens Bank’s portion of the donation during a check presentation held on the Hackensack campus on May 7.
