1 Critical After Hit-And-Run In Haddon Township: Police

Police are searching for the car involved in the incident.

HADDON TOWNSHIP, NJ — A person is in critical condition with life-threatening injuries following a serious hit-and-run incident in Haddon Township, police said.

The unidentified victim was hit at about 1:17 a.m. on June 6 on the Haddon Township side of Mt. Ephraim Avenue just north of Grant Avenue, near the border with Camden City, according to the Haddon Township Police Department.

The vehicle involved is described as an older model, full size, sport utility vehicle that was last seen traveling north on Mt Ephraim Avenue into Camden City also towards the Borough of Woodlynne.

Police are collecting and analyzing area video surveillance footage, as well as physical evidence collected at the scene. No further information was available.
