Audition for Youth Choir Program

ChildrenSong of New Jersey is looking to add more young singers to its program for ages 8-18. Study vocal technique and music reading under the direction of veteran teacher Polly Murray. The Choir will be collaborating with South Jersey Pops Orchestra to sing selections from Matilda and Annie this Spring, which promises lots of solo opportunities. In addition, singers in grades 6-12 will have the opportunity to go on tour with the Choir to study voice at Cincinnati Conservatory of Music in late June. Singers attend weekly rehearsals on Monday evenings and once a month on Saturday morning. Need-based scholarships are available. Come join other young singers from around South Jersey who love to sing! New singers are welcome to sit in on a rehearsal and sing a simple audition to be a part of the program.
