Candidates Learn Poll Position For Haddonfield Special Election
The four remaining candidates learned which column they will be in for the special election set for Nov. 5.
HADDONFIELD, NJ — The four remaining candidates in November’s special election to fill the seat that was vacated when Haddonfield Commissioner John Moscatelli resigned earlier this year learned their ballot position this week.
Robert Marshall, who was appointed to fill the seat until the election could be held after Moscatelli resigned because he is moving out of the area drew Column 4, according to information provided by the Haddonfield Clerk’s Office. His slogan is “Independent, Fiscally Responsible, Transparent, Highly Experienced.”
Gregory Peltz, whose slogan is “Third Generation Working for All Generations,” landed in the first column.

Kathryn Raiczyk, running under the slogan “Dedicated, Loyal, Trustworthy,” is in Column 2.
Colleen Bianco Bezich can be found in Column 3. She has no slogan.

Herbert Hess has withdrawn his name from the race.
Election Day is Nov. 5. According to the borough's website, the polling places for this special election will be:
- District 1 & 5 — Haddonfield United Methodist Church, 29 Warwick Road
- District 2 — Mabel Kay House, 24 Walnut Street, (1st Floor)
- District 3 — Crows Woods Building, 993 South Atlantic Avenue (off Upland Way)
- District 4 — Mabel Kay House, 24 Walnut Street, (2nd Floor)
- District 6 & 7 — Elizabeth Haddon School (Art Room), 501 West Redman Ave.
- District 8 & 9 — Evangelical Lutheran Church of Our Savior, 204 Wayne Avenue
- District 10 — Borough Hall, 242 East Kings Highway
